The Chair outlined the application and the Committee reviewed the comments received from the Health Unit, Conservation Authority and the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
The Committee reviewed the decision of the recent severance that created the lot and noted that the Conservation Authority requested an Environmental Impact Assessment as a condition of the severance. The Committee questioned why there would still be unmapped watercourses on the property. Members also noted that the proposed development appeared to be away from where SNC identified the possible watercourses.
Committee members each discussed their visit to the site and noted no concerns. The proposed development appears to be far back on the property and is not likely to cause any visibility issues.
The Chair asked Applicant Mr. Balaur if he had any comments regarding the application. There were no additional comments.
